Not too shabby for a 17 year old

Brooke Henderson has won the Portland Golf Classic LPGA tournament. And, by 8 strokes. Considering that she was denied a sponser's exception and therefore had to qualify to be allowed to play, it is quite an accomplishment. It is not one of the majors, but about 1/2 of the top players entered and most of the great Korean girls were there.

I have never heard of her and most of you probably have not either, but she is Canadian.

Ya she has played really well this year. She was close to winning earlier in the year, glad she broke through.

With Lydia Ko, and Lexi Thompson before her, winning before their 18th birthdays, the ladies may have to start a "cougar" tour at what 35 or 40?

Probably golfing for more than 10 years already and does more golf training in 1 month than most amateurs do in a lifetime. Hope she doesn't get injured or sidelined.
