Hey,

I notice a lot of these questions are answered by a pretty knowlegable person so i was wondering if there is anything kinda long-term a guy can include in his diet that actually increases the volume of sperm he produces?

It's something that is hard to find details on b/c no matter how you search it you get sites trying to sell you pills.. maybe the pills work not sure?

I have heard pineapple juice and blueberries are good, is it true?

There is an amino acid called L-Argenine that you can get at any supplement store. This supposedly increases ejaculate and orgasm sensitivity. good luck

I believe L-argenine works similar to viagra. It somehow increases the Nitrogen levels in your blood which then expands your blood vessels. More blood flows to your dick, so you get a harder pole out of the deal. I've tried it, and it works. I'm not sure if it does anything for ejaculate though. I've also tried no-flush niacin once in awhile to get the blood flowing better. It's a vitamin that helps lower cholesterol by cleaning out your arteries. Even though you can buy them off the shelf at a heath food store, check with a health practitioner on both these products before using.

How can I increase the volume of my ejaculate? What factors determine how much comes out?

Upping the quantity of semen that is ejaculated seems to be a near-universal male concern -- and there are a number of reasons underlying this. For many men, it is a matter of confidence; a bigger load is associated with increased libido, fertility and sexual prowess. After all, there's a reason why porn directors call it "the money shot."

Yet this desire stems from more than simple vanity. Increased volume translates into increased potency (the more sperm, the better the chance of impregnation) and increased pleasure (the larger the load, the greater number of pleasurable muscle contractions).

So what are the factors that determine just how much comes out? To begin with, there are those elements that play a role in all other matters of the body: heredity, age, diet, and overall health. While the first two are obviously out of your control, dietary adjustments can improve the volume of your ejaculate.

Amino acids such as L-Arginine and L-Lysine, zinc, and the Horny Goat Weed plant are all said to help up quantity, as is increasing your daily fluid intake.

An overall state of fitness is usually accompanied by good blood circulation, which can also help ejaculation. If you want a specific group of exercises that will target penis performance, start working out your PC muscle.

Frequency of sexual activity also contributes to volume -- although only to a certain degree. If you abstain for a day or two, you'll certainly produce more sperm than you would ejaculating every few hours. But any longer than this one- to two-day timeframe, and you won't see much of make a difference, as semen reservoirs will have stopped building up a supply.

Plus there are many companies on the internet willing to take your money to help you.

Maybe I'm stupid, but I fail to see why increasing the volume of ejaculate is of interest. I doubt most guys on here want to get working girls pregnant (with on recent bizarre exception).

I'm no expert but the idea that greater volume increases the number of contractions seems dubious. Are they saying the brain somehow knows the available volume and triggers the number of contractions on that basis or that a signal is sent to start contractions and some sort of local nerve structure fires off impulses until the appropriate volume has been ejected?
Is there any supporting evidence?

I'm sure when you guys explain, I'll be sorry I asked. Not for asking foolish questions, but because the answers are going to be lame, vain & immature.

From experience, keeping pineapple, papaya, bananas, tuna (preferably in the form of sashimi), oysters, lecithin, and zinc supplements as part of your diet will increase the amount of web you blow. That along with regular workouts.

Had a friend, certainly never got to gf, who liked it in the face. The first few times were exciting for me, which I suspect for some reason also added to the volume, but the novelty wore off real quick. Couldn't help but think about how many guys prior to me had decorated her face and in the end held it against her. It was like that commercial where there's a couple sitting in a bar/eatery and the gal is yammering on about her friend, or whatever, and the guy sees her morph into saying "he's at the 40, he's at the 30". The difference was, I would sit across from her and envision other guy's loads on her noggin. It was surreal, really, especially when I was stoned. Perhaps a character flaw on my part but definitely there were "issues" on her part despite being a good kid overall.

Man, this is great Sunday morning coffee talk.
