this of course brings up the question of why the bbfs question is being asked. The cautious might ask it so that they avoid a problem, the less cautious might ask it so they can take the risk.

Yeah, that's the "rationale" for encouraging guys to post who offers bbfs. I guess these guys reject the idea that a condom protects you from whatever the fuck she has even if she never offers bbfs to a client, but might still have a disease. Incredibly stupid that they think anyone could be fooled by this line of reasoning.

In some parts of the world BBFS is commonly "offered" or given to those who ask for it and the HIV rates are very small. Such as Thailand and the Phillipines, for a couple examples.
The PHI is predominantly (80%) Roman Catholic and using condoms is against the beliefs of many sex workers there. In Canada, BTW, about 43% of the population is RC.
Out of around 10 street Thai SPs i've paid to be HIV tested in a world class Bangkok hospital using dual AB & AN methods, 100% of the results were HIV negative. I'd suggest offering to give a free rapid in home HIV test if you want to test your claim re the Canadian SP's refered to in this thread. Then report back here with the findings of your research, which would be more valuable than mere speculation and guesswork.

HIV shouldn't be the only concern, pregnancy is also a major risk (birth control methods are not 100% effective, can you imagine having a baby and not having a single clue at all who fathered it? will it be black/chinese/white? lol), herpes is for life and cannot be cured (which then increases the risk for any HIV transmission) and stds like chlamydia/gonorrhea/syphilis/etc etc ...genital warts, bacterial vaginosis, thrush, trichomoniasis, yeast infections, etc etc ETC which are probably a pain in the ass if they have to suffer the symptoms, take a shit load of pills repeatedly because they keep catching the disease over and over.
I don't believe your little story of testing sw's, but if it were true there is also that tricky thing called the incubation period where HIV can produce a false negative.

As for the Abrahamic faiths, you are wrong. Many do not take their Bibles or holy books literally, are liberal in their views and do not follow or believe in the rules you stated. So what. Catholic Philippine SP's often look at customers as a BF and with serious potential for marriage. They might be insulted if you called them a sex worker or prostitute. They are usually young ladies who are probably not experts on the rules of their religion, though know at least that condoms use is generally frowned upon. Condoms, for example, have this "tricky thing" called breaking, slipping off, leaking around the sides or through tiny unnoticed holes in the plastic baggie, being sabotaged, having a 2% pregnancy rate per year with perfect use, more like 10-20% with typical use, and only about 85% more effective vs HIV than without them, so far from providing 100% safety from HIV & a host of other diseases & infections.

Not quite. Between step 2 and step 3 somebody says the ridiculous thing "please post who it is so we may avoid her", and then a bunch of posts saying that is b.s., they want to post it so they can get some, and/or if you wear a condom it doesn't matter about her, etc.
