Farrell Sex Tape Restraining Order Extended

Colin Farrell has triumphed in having a temporary restraining order extended against ex-lover Nicole Narain - preventing her from distributing their scandalous sex tape. Last month Farrell filed suit against the former Playboy Playmate, accusing her of taking the video to the press, even though they had reportedly agreed not to allow it into the public arena. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge David Yaffe initially placed a temporary ban on Narain from selling, distributing or showing anyone the raunchy film, but he extended the order on Wednesday. Narain's lawyer Leodis Matthews insists the 31-year-old model has no intention of using the tape for profit, but wants to keep her half of the rights to the saucy film.

A US court has granted Colin Farrell a restraining order against a former lover allegedly trying to sell a video of them having sex. Farrell claims the video was made two and a half years ago in private and that he and model Nicole Narain had an agreement not to share its contents. The 29-year-old is suing Narain, 31, alleging she approached the media and offered them the 15-minute tape - and he argues the release of the tape would greatly harm his reputation and career. The Alexander hunk convinced a Los Angeles Superior Court judge on Tuesday to ban Narain from selling, showing or distributing it. The next court hearing is due to take place in Los Angeles on 10 August - where Farrell will seek an injunction forbidding the sale and distribution of the tape.

Irish actor Colin Farrell has filed a lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend Nicole Narain, accusing her of trying to distribute and profit from their "intimate" sex tape. According to the Tigerland star's legal papers, filed on Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court, the 15 minute video was made by Farrell, 29, and model-actress Narain, 31, more than two years ago, with the agreement that they would never release it to the public. Farrell is seeking general and compensatory damages as well as a temporary restraining order and injunction prohibiting the promotion and sale of the tape. In his papers, Farrell accuses Playboy beauty Narain of trying to distribute the tape through an intermediary. He also alleges that Narain has been working with the owner of an internet porn business and contacting the news media about the tape, which his papers claim are an "outrageous attempt to capitalize on the celebrity" of the actor. The lawsuit states that the release of the videotape would irreparably harm Farrell's reputation and career, and he is demanding that all copies of the tape be returned to him.

Movie hunk Colin Farrell has been accused of making a raunchy sex tape with his former girlfriend, Playboy model Nicole Narain. A member of the public, who refers to himself as JJ, contacted gossip website PageSix.com claiming he'd obtained the pornographic home movie but could do nothing with it until its stars have signed release forms. JJ alleges the tape begins with Narain in the nude in her living room switching on some music, and supposedly concludes with the camera focusing on her white cat, with Farrell saying, "Baby, you have the most beautiful (p***y)." The video also reportedly features Farrell and Narain trying out various saucy Kama Sutra positions, with the actor saying, "I could do this breakfast, lunch and dinner." Showbiz website Defamer.com says, "The sellers are supposedly looking for a seven-figure up front fee to hand over the tape for release by a distributor. Even if someone was willing to pony up the money, they couldn't release it without Farrell's permission."
