I think that the bust was probably more about this person's luring of minors into sex trades or possibly running an unlicensed lottery.

but i do like his idea for a $10 a ticket raffle!! imagine if all us perbites put in $10 the night you could have with any SP you choose?!!!

Let's not forget the simple fact that the bust was made south of the border where the laws governing this business/hobby as well as lotteris & raffles vary from state to state and are quite different than the laws in Canada (where prostitution is legal by the way).
Now the idea of the lottery is interesting but in BC you need a license for that - can anyone imagine the look on the clerks face at the Ministry as you apply for the licence and explain what is being raffled
