Well as much as it sounds very exiting for some guys to participate in this service, but I should say it is sort of hard to establish a trust with the provider for many reasons, again it is a personal opinion. I've never been in Winnipeg, so I've never heard the service let alone to have an experience with the service, but just logically I think the person who decided to participate he should do his due diligent really well. Hope I did not offend any ones by expressing my concerning logical opinion.
