Welcome to Vancouver! Coquitlam is a bit far, I'd suggest you go on Leolist and use their search engine to see what options are out there, and come back here to validate before you book. As I personally go as far as North Van, usually just Vancouver, Richmond and Burnaby for me. Good luck!
