yeah I was impressed by the first 6 months. To be honest I think he looks too tubby now. Sure he's all muscular but in my opinion being so big and bulky starts to look a bit too chunky, not to mention that if his muscle mass is so huge, if he ever stops working out all that muscle will just turn to flab in no time.

Hats off to this guy, amazing results! Respect.

It's a physiological impossibility for muscle to turn into fat!

Educate yourself!!!

If he ever stops working out AND continues to consume the same level of calories as he currently does (which I am assuming is high to maintain that lean mass) he'll lose lean mass (from inactivity) and gain fat (from too many calories).

Only fat people seem to propogate the myth that big muscles turn into fat -- probably their justification for sitting on their fat asses eating doughnuts because they don't want their muscle to turn into fat. LOL.
