He offended me a few times, but then publicly apologized to me.

I am just curious, how can you make sure he stays gone other than blocking the IP he used? I mean he coulda sign up with a different handle usnig different IP and start posting fresh...?

Shak - I believe Modicus means he won't be back as Necko. I see nothing wrong with him coming back under another name. He did not offend me, ever. Please remember he ASKED to be banned.
