A brilliant little masterpiece is out there on the art film circuit. The name of the movie is My Summer of Love. In the Yorkshire countryside, working-class tomboy Mona (Nathalie Press) meets the exotic, pampered Tasmin (Emily Blunt). Over the summer, the two young women discover that they have much to teach each other and much to explore together. I loved this film on many levels, and it did a poignant job in exposing the mythology of christianity without being offensive. In addition to Press and Blunt, an outstanding performance was also delivered by Paddy Considine as Mona's found the lord brother Phil. A must see!!! 3.5 out of 4 on the Dr. Moe scale.
