A Tip to protect yourself

I agree with the others, next time you should just give all the money back. It's not worth the risk. I think you probably realize this now.

Also, trust your gut instinct. If something doesn't feel right, it probably isn't. Better to be safe than sorry.

Since you are independent, next time make it look like you have someone waiting for you. First don't park in the driveway, park 1/2 block or down the street so your car is not visible. That way, in case he is looking out the window when you arrive, he will not know you came alone.

When you enter the place, have your cellphone in your hand, and make a fake call right away. Pretend you are talking to your pimp or friend, and say something like "I'm inside now". This will deter the guy, and he will not likely try anything because he will think you have some protection waiting outside.

Not smart if she needs to get away quickly or is doing a late night call in an area that she will not be highly visible

I have spoken to the lady cop over the phone this morning and told her what happened. She is very nice. she kept asking me if I only wanted to report the info for their knowledge or if I wanted to have the guy charge I said I don’t know as this is all knew to me and I was very scared. I don’t want any further problems. I also don’t want a judge down the road charging me for prostitution. I am dropping off a copy of what happened and she will read it and meet me. She wanted me to pop in and see her this afternoon. I am about to leave and am shaking. She pointed a few key things out to me that I will write about later. I don’t know whether an official report has been made but she has his info now from our telephone chat and soon she will have my full report. Please wish me luck.

But just fyi - No one will EVER charge you for prostitution as prostitution is NOT illegal in Canada. What is considered illegal is if you see clients at your incall or home (operating a bawdy house..) or Solicitation in a public place. Outcalls are NOT illegal. And in any case, there are ladies on this board that can tell you the contacted the police and had the guy charged after an assault at their incall, and NEVER were they charged or given any grief over the fact that it was incall/illegal. But regardless, you didn't do anything illegal so that doesn't need to be a concern for you.

High traffic would occur if there were more than one person there, which would be worth investigating as a brothel. Loud partying, late night disturbances, would also lead to complaints.
