If anyone appreciates the weirdness that is Nicolas Cage, you have to watch his latest - Sympathy For The Devil. He is fantastic. The movie is somewhat generic, but Cage dominates every scene.

Yes. It's nice when you find a sleeper. I found the real perps were actually more personable than the actors. The real Warren actually has star quality. The guy playing him, not so much.

anyone else watch "Poor Things" directed by Yorgos Lanthimos?

i caught it on opening night on the 14th and have had it occasionally pop into my head whenever i'm here on the forum since it deals with some relevant subject matter 😂

i thought it was a really funny satire with great performances and beautiful and unique cinematography esp in the 2023 movie landscape. just a visual delight overall
