Check your closet..:)
You forgot to mention the action is really underwhelming, and the movie is mostly Hanks shouting instructions to change course, someone replying "aye aye, Captain" and they repeat them non-stop, to the point it almost seems comedic.

If Tom Hanks' name wasn't attached, it would sink like a torpedoed U boat, without a trace.
I am guessing you never served.

The importance of the orders was what kept them alive. Instructions are what you find in your IKEA box.
When you are at General Quaters, it's not time to discuss what you had for lunch or who you got laid with in the last port of call.
Reguardless of who was in the movie, it was accurate of what it was liked to cross the Atlantic.
BTW replying is the most important part as it tells the person that you have heard the order given to you.

As a 42 year naval vet, I myself didn't find anything comical about the movie.

Scotiabank recently re-opened,under very different circumstances.

I saw Target Number One,based on actual events regarding a drug set-up bust in Thailand in 1989.
I thought it was very well done and would recommend it.

I don't know if Greyhound is going to make it into theatres, but I hope so.

Accurate doesn't necessarily make something interesting. A movie on heart transplants could be done accurately, but might also run for 16 hours. The movie had no backstory of any characters, except the briefest for Hanks, which meant there was nothing to give the viewer to root for. Every character was a non-entity, except for Hanks. Despite all the CGI action, there seemed a notable lack of tension.

Action/Fantasy on Netflix with Charlize Theron.

I liked her in Atomic Blonde so this was an easy choice for viewing.

The premise is her small band of ‘Immortal’ warriors have been around for centuries and go to hot spots in present times to sort things out.
