Ok sitting here in my condo over looking Berlin and I believe I am over it.

Now the issues is this I am looking for ideas rather than comments after the fact. So no one can criticise me afterwards.

Situation:

It was a problem when I was younger. Now I hire older ladies and they dress classy, elegant, and upscale for the event. I've read a lot of your postings regarding these matters, and I believe I have a closer idea as to what you are looking for each time I read your posts.
