So this is for some of you, not all, but most, like HotAc who truly thinks our farm system is just brimming with prospects ;)
How do you figure that most of us feel this way?
Please provide a quote of when anyone has said that on the site.

Once again, you state the obvious, and act as if you're making some kind of profound statement. Any semi-informed Canucks fan is well aware of the teams poor drafting history and lack of organizational depth.

Keep trying though...
Maybe there's an article in The Sun you can quote too, just to show us how informed you are.

For starters, look up HotAc's posts...the guy's in love w/ Grabner, and especially Corey Schneider, for some strange reason...yet they're not the topic of trade bait---why? no one wants them

That's 1 person, talking about 2 prospects.
Not quite the same thing as "most of us thinking the system is brimming with prospects" is it?

It's interesting to see that you have a direct line with the GM's in the NHL

At least taking a big shit has a purpose
No skin off my back, dudes. You can live on Cloud 9, don't know what you're smoking', but go ahead if you think this team is well stocked in the minors.

You're just fooling yourselves. Think this is the Nucks team that can go 'all the way', huh? Listen to the talk shows, you guys out there, perb or no perb, are just an embarrasment to the league for the city's worst fans. Before the LA loss, 70% of the 'fans' thought the Nucks were on a roll.

After the loss? 50%. Wow., how come, I'm not that surprised? Now you can see why I love trashing you canuckleheads. No loyalty, no commitment. Just finding excuses and reasons to criticize my thoughts and opinions.

I may be the most critical and judge them the harshest, but I'm just explaining reality. When they crash and burn again this year, b/c of a weak playoff team, they're not built for it; yeah, ho hum, their latest hot streak is ONLY regular season, but you guys have your hearts ripped out once they choke in the playoffs....

seriously, ask yourself, what have the Nucks done since 1994? How many playoff rounds have they won? it's a pretty easy answer.

And til i hear you bandwagons admit that, I'm just going to keep on preaching this. ;)

Again, where has anyone said that the team is well stocked in the minors?
Nobody has said that in this thread, or on this site. In fact, someone said the exact opposite in post #2 of this very thread.

Just finding excuses and reasons to criticize my thoughts and opinions.
Your thoughts and opinions? I thought you just posted a link to an article... written by someone else.

Real prospects are Raymond, Grabbner, Hanson, Schnieder and Hodgson.

This may seem a bit worse then it is with the rapid development of Edler who if he was in Manitoba would make the cupboard look fairly full. Also loosing Bourdon didn't help.

Go ahead and keep thinking you know how to have a debate. It's clear everything you talk about comes from talk radio. You should stay over there. You`re obviously having trouble making the difference between what the 'callers' on the talk show are saying and what is posted on this board.

I hate the callers segment of the team1040 talk shows. It's always idiots who start off by saying "Why don't they... blah blah". I don't bother listening anymore because it's so hard to get down to actual analysis.

Get a clue for who your audience is here and then come back if you want to have a real discussion.

the Team 1040 is absolute crap. They are basically a 24 hour a day infomercial for the Canucks and the NHL. I would rather listen to the poor signal and static heard from 1170 KPUG.

Actually, it's too bad that Arggh doesn't take the time to listen to the hockey experts, sports writers ie. Stephen Brunt, Kelly Hrudey, Ray Ferraro, you know, a few guys you should recall played in the NHL ;) they sure know more than me, which means Xerox, Hotac, Iamrockdumb, etc. sure don't know jack all.

And I do confess one thing: I did steal the idea of trading Luongo for two roster players; Ferraro suggested this as the 'bold move'. His reasoning was simple; this team wasn't going to win the big prize, so why would Luongo want to resign here? Trade him while he's under contract and worth something...anyways, i digress...

those other canuckleheads who call, it's just entertainment for me, just strengthens my hatred for bandwagon fans, how stupid and unknowledgeable they are. they're so funny and hilarious, they think so simple minded.

But you're right, Taylor's a friggin' homer, and Pratt can be a bandwagon too.

I agree that the Canucks lack prospects but they do have a bona fide blue chipper in Cody Hodgson. He has an wicked shot, is mature beyond his years and can play in every kind of situation. he almost made the team this year and will no doubt be there next year. He was a steal at the tenth pick and is probably the Canucks best pick in the first round since the Sedins.

Successful troll is successful. It's no secret you enjoy creating these threads just to stir the pot.

Funny how you paint all Canuck fans with the same brush. Here's a newsflash for you: Not every Canuck fan is a bandwagoner. I'm certainly not one of them. I've been supporting this team for a long time now, and even watched and went to the games during the Messier era.

For a "Canuck fan" yourself you sure as hell are pessimistic all the time. No matter who they beat or how they win you always find something to nitpick on. Hell, you are not even on the bandwagon and you probably will never be until the Canucks get on a good playoff run. Then you'll finally jump on the bandwagon and claim how you have "supported" this team all along. Then and only then, you'll realize that you are the very thing you hate. A BANDWAGONER.

So true, see people all over them but then if by chance they pull a 1994 then they're all over the team.
BJ, I'm just curious if you're from Ontario by chance? Just wondering is all.

Exactly.

There are two types of banwagoners.

1. There are the bandwagoners who follow the team all season long. They jump on and off the bandwagon depending on how the team is doing.

2. Then there are bandwagoners who never supported the team during the regular season and jump on the bandwagon during a playoff run to enjoy the ride.

If the Canucks get on a 1994 run this year, you can bet that BJHunter will be the latter of those two.

Why do you have to support a bad or worse boring team. Are those of us that have interests other then the NHL bandwagon jumpers because we start to show a little interest in the third round of the playoffs?

There's a name for people that support their team and buy swag and PPV despite the team being bad or boring year after year that name is SUCKER.
