At Park Royal on Black Friday and look what I found!
Pic shows roughly $860 clearly!
To claim you must tell me the following 3 things!
First / The kind of bills that is not shown on photo that adds up to $3000
Second / The BANK NAME of the 2 envelopes that the money was inside of
Third / The Color of the paper clip that 2 was attach with the envelopes
Also perhaps where in Park Royal you lost it?
Was it shopping money or rent money, I don't know?
My girlfriend and 4 other friends who I told last night all said they can use this money I said NO!
Money will go 3 directions only: OWNER / SPCA or CHILDRENS HOSPITAL!
I can meet owner either at downtown where I work or police station or at Park Royal for pick up.
If it is yours you have 2 weeks to contact me after that I will donate all money to charity for Xmas!
U WANT ALL THIS MONEY ANSWER THE 3 QUESTIONS CORRECTLY ITS YOURS!

Have to have some way of eliminating the people that will try to claim money that isn't theirs. He should have just given it to the West Vancouver Police, often a person that has really lost money will ask the police if any has been turned in and give a description. Now, he'll have to deal with 100s of people for 6 months or more and some will have done research on who he is, so that they can threaten him. Too much of a pain in the ass, just give it to the cops - if they don't find anyone in a year or so, they'll give it back to you.

I will admit that since discovering perb I see many aspects of everyday life through the perb lense. For example, looking at a female acquaintance's group photos on Facebook, often the first thing I think is "based on their apparent lifestyles of travel without any apparent high paying job, half of those gals are probably escorts." It's a problem.

I don't know who would remember specific denominations of $3000 in cash. One would imagine that if a person paid that much attention to detail that they wouldn't misplace $3000 to begin with ;-)

It doesn't scream escort money to me at all. It's close to Christmas, and it was found in a mall. A mall with many banks in it. It's a nice round number and includes small bills, so my guess would be somebody just withdrew it, with mixed currency to allow for both as small a bundle as possible, and small stuff for incidentals, and didn't even have an opportunity to spend any of it yet.
