I have not seen her but Google Image Search on the pics did lead to a handful of hits on one image from the ad. Image #7 had a few hits from reddit possibly from May. I can't say for sure but my instinct is that the pics are probably lifted from the net somewhere.

That link if you click on a pic can freeze your ipad for hrs, has a phone # popup to call to get it unfrozen. Ipads fix themselves without having to do this or go to your email and click in something that will go to the browser i got around it that way. Weird shit online these days.
