Anyone have any intel on this one? Advertises on LL as Tangmo Mixed in Burnaby 120hh. Says in Burnaby but when I texted said in the Joyce area of Vancouver.

Thanks for that. Was looking forward to a cute young white girl but I guess I will keep on searching. Unless though you have some recommendations. Not interested in Downtown Vancouver or further east than Metrotown.
