I never expect services that are not provided. I always respect the services/restrictions that are provided and book girls for the experience of meeting new people. But, if you book based on services they claim they provide, but show up and get told none of that’s provided due to safety reasons,(like bbbj/daty/kissing etc.) then I’d consider that a scam.
