I have observed that any ads that have phone numbers with special characters in between - such as 250*555*5555 or 250@555@5555 are generally bait and switch ads - numerous, but funnelling in to a single girl at the infamous Days Inn. I've had a few decent experiences there, but conventional wisdom is to avoid.
