question for the guys : what supplements do you guys take?

every guy wants amazing performance thats a given but im curious as to what your daily natural supplement regime is?

mine is as follows :

in the AM - vitamin E 400IU x 1, vitamin D x 1, vitamin K x 1 (potassium), 25mg zinc, Lecethin 1200mg x 4 (up to 10 on game day), l'arginine (with 250mg l'ornithine) 500mg x 2, l'lysine 500mg x 2, and maca root extract 500mg x 2

in the PM - Lecethin 1200mg x 4 (and again up to 10), l'arg x 2, l'lysine x 2, maca x 2.

I've tried L'dopa aka cabergoline 1-2 pills per week with decent results also but the pills are extremely expensive.

obviously your usual vitamins and water intake are essential.

care to elaborate on what each one does? What the whole cocktail (no pun intended) does? Make you harder? Make you cum more volume? Make you cum more frequently (less refractory period)?

I know that high doses of argenine is what some porn stars used to take. As much as 4g per day, so they could shoot copious loads during scenes.

I don't use any either. Although I do take Cialis sometimes, but I think it's more psychological then out of necessity.

I tried Cialis a couple of times but it gave me a slight headache for the rest of the day. I need fairly constant direct stimulation to stay hard hence my desire to have interaction and kinky/naughty/dirty type sessions when I can find a provider willing.

I never thought to go the route you have chosen but have used Vit E, Vit D, Vit C, lethicin, Salmon Oil and Flax oil too. My choice was for other reasons than a pseudo replacement for ED meds.

The combo of lethicin, Salmon Oil and Flax oil helps keep cholesterol levels in check rather than going the pharmaceutical route. The oils are also helpful if you are prone to back aches, sore joints and arthritic issues plus are a lot easier on your stomach than going the ibuprofen path.

I have never heard of the other stuff you have listed there. What was your source for research to come up with this mixture?

Seriously?

Good lord, what is your motivation for taking all that crap? every day? you remind me of my Mom who heard that Calcium helped with arthritis (or maybe it was something else) so she took Tums every day as a Calcium supplement and developed Calcium deposits....

actually this stuff is more like $3/day if that.

im not even going to dignify half the comments with a response its clear to you guys being a hypocrite is what you do best so keep up the childish crap i wouldnt expect anything less from you.

these are not ED meds. in fact none of these supplements are medecine. these are good for overall health with positive sexual side effects. vitamins are always helpful. im not a body builder but if you ask anyone doing cardio and weight training theyd probably be taking the same supplements. just because l'arginine improves blood flow for the entire body doesnt mean its only sexual in nature. optimal health is optimal health no? im sharing my regime no need to criticize it.

Or you could just try eating normal food, it has everything you need in it.

Shocking, I know, but true!

Btw, vitamins are not allways helpfull. They are only helpfull if you are deficient, which shouldn't be the case if you have a proper diet. Once your intake is sufficient, anything extra does nothing at best and is bad for you at worst.

For the not young anymore gentleman, there's testosterone cream applied 1 ml daily to dampened stomach area. One can also use the shoulders as an application area.
The brand name creams like Androgel are expensive, but it can be obtained as a generic, made up by a compounding pharmacy for 1/3 the cost. About $50 a month.
Does it work? Yes, indeed it does.
More energy, vitality, second wind, sexual desire, good skin / younger appearance.

This cream is not to treat ED symptoms.... that's the other stuff like V, C. L and ....

I asked where you did your research on all the stuff you have on your list. It was an honest question out of curiosity and I wasn't being a smart ass. I would be interested to know how you came to decide upon these supplements.

You are only supposed to use that if you have a testosterone deficiency. It can have serious negative side effects if used improperly.

I honestly appreciate your concern, and, of course, used improperly, hormone replacement therapy is unsafe.
Testosterone cream is available only through prescription, and, anyone considering using it should see a suitably experienced medical doctor / specialist.
Lab work is done first to test your testosterone level to determine (1) if you would benefit from HRT and (2) to ensure such a program is safe for you.

I have received some PMs about the topic, and I have replied to those individuals the details in this post.
If you have PM'd me but not received a reply, please clear your PM box as it is full.

sorry was too distracted responding to the resident troll to get back to you. he probably uses pos-t-vac

l'arginine has been known to act as a nitrate, regulating and improving blood flow. ive noticed more endurance on my 5 and 10km jogs also. its not purely sexual. its not a quick fix. it takes 2-3 weeks to build up. the positives sexually you last a lot longer once youre fully hard, not exactly a bad thing lol.

some of the others have been recommended by others. Lecethin for example is a soy based product and keeps more gas in the tank so to speak along with zinc you produce more jizz.

potassium is good for muscles and cramping.
