I have a very slim daughter about 5'7" tall (you would approve, believe me), and she hasn't had a 23 inch waist since she was about 14! Think about it. If the waist was 11 inches wide, not a bad waist at all, it could only be 22 inches around if she had no thickness at all! If her middle is say 4 inches thick, again not a bad middle at all, that would add 8 inches to the original 22 to get 30. Take off a couple of inches for the rounded corners and you get 28 inches - which is exactly the waist measurement of my very slim daughter.
Remember, I am talking about guy inches, not SP inches.
So I would say that Sugar is being very honest and realistic about her measurements, unlike many others on this board and in the ads.
As for your question about the correlation between waist and height - c'mon, give your head a shake.

3. It appears as though her waist is greater than 24.. For the record, I think she has a fine body ... just that her waist looks more like a realistic 25-26" to me.... then again, if she is a petite girl, then the 24 would be in line with the 30 hips... everything is just proportionately smaller... even her hips look "curvier" than 30"... I would have guessed 32". Pictures can be deceiving... depending on the zoom, I guess all the pics can really tell you is the hip to waist _proportion_ and not the outright raw numbers.
