Locations of SU,VE.& IB

VE'S location is in west Vic in a industieal building not a good location lots of business around all the time. they are over top of businesses in the building.

SU's is not very good lots of worker's hanging around all over.close to Gov. St.

IB's is the best location but I don't feel comfortable going in or out of there place to many girls in the office if you do not want to be seen.They would have the best location if the girls would be in another room.

Well, I understand it can be hard to find a good incall location. I liked SU's old location, particularly for daytime parking. Free and plentliful. The new SU location is good in that it's within easy walking distance if you're already downtown. I don't mind it that much to bump into other SP's. It helps give you a real person preview of gals you may not have seen. I'd prefer not to bump into other customers though.
Now that I've been to VE's new location, it's easier to find discreet parking, though I think its not that discreet for daytime appointments given all the activity from other businesses that goes on in the area.
I understand that having an agency in residential areas, particularly condos can be a hassle when it comes to the neighbours and/or obnoxious clients causing problems. Remember all the uproar over the classy penthouse incall?

I bump into another customer at IB he was just as nerviuos as I was. Not very discreet.
I was going to go to VE's but there was to much going on at 11:00pm all the trucks in and out of the building next door.

SU is not a problem at night, but in the day there are a lot of mechanics hanging out front.

If you are looking for a discreet location I believe that most of the indis are discreet. Small appartments with little traffic on side streets was what I look for in a potental location and I know most of the other indis look for this as well. Agencies have to many visitors to hide tha facts from the people who live or work in the area. Drivers girls clients owners it is just to hard to hide when you are a large agency.

I disagree about some negative comments on VE's location. It is not 'above' other business'... has the only entrance on that side of the building [ie. away from the other business entrances in the building]. It is sort of an 'industrial' building, but the block contruction gives you total privacy from other users, AND it's not like it's a warehouse or anything. Also, it's just minutes from downtown and away from other professionals [like me] that might see me going into a place in the business area.

Hi there IB here, as we all know discretion is important in this business. I am really sorry to hear Patriot that discretion was not assured for you. The ladies have their TV/staff room in which they are to be in and the only person in the office should be you and your lady. It was just my opinion about the locations some people may like to be discreet others may not but I do like to be discreet.When I was at VE's location there was lots of action across the fence but if that dosn't brother you then that's fine for you oneK.

With the popularity of these types of boards, discretion is harder and harder to provide. Everyone who visits these boards knows where IB, SU etc are located. I think thats partially why everyone has had to move to commercial real estate.

But the good news is that mechanics, truck drivers and passerbys really don't give a shit that you have lipstick on your zipper. Its nobodies business but your own who's blowin' ya!

In residential neighborhoods, those pesky neighbors with NIMBY mentalities bring out video cameras and call the cops and that is the ultimate indiscretion.

Every time I've been to IB the gals have been hanging around in the main reception area. I don't think thats a bad sign, always good to see the real life version of someone you may want to book with next time around. Never bumped into any clients there, which to me is the important part of discretion.
OneK...VE is upstairs of other businesses...thats what the stairwell up the side is for. LOL. Besides if you're there in the daytime you have to walk/drive right past all the other ground floor busineses to make it to that stairwell and you gotta think that the owners and workers who hang out and see ppl wander by, know what you're wandering upstairs to do. For me that's enough of a detterrent to only visit at hours when there's a bit more privacy and discretion. I think this is especially important given that Victoria is a small town. If you're a tourist/visitor then it probably doesn't matter.
