In general, I would be wary of ads with the following:
- words like FWB/looking for a partner or the like
- Claim they are in the 18-21 year range
- Photos that look too good to be true/don't match the decription in the ad
- Non local area codes(250/236/604/778 etc)
- Primarily pushing their OF accounts
- Ads in multiple cities (at the same time)
- Extremely low rates
- Ask fo a deposit (unless reviewed on Perb)
- No reviews on Perb (or other similar sites)
Not as guarantee that this is 100% accurate but this should help weed out many of the scams. Hope that helps.
