You're right....its kinda funky what they say there but all my girls dancing use it now and are having some good effects.....but it could be "horse shit"....who knows, right?

Soooooo, take it, don't take it.....just an idea out there.

CLA is great. Tried and true if people want to shed a few....

My two cents on the whole topic of vitamins/supplements:

Personally, I think we really need to start realizing that it is NOT okay to try to make up for our dietary and lifestyle shortcomings by popping pills and consuming so-called miracle supplements. Our problem these days is that we think everything can be fixed by a pill, and forget to address the root causes of our problems, namely stress, poor eating habits, lack of physical exercise and sleep deprivation. Almost any medical condition can be vastly improved (or even cured) by a change in lifestyle.

Eat a variety of natural, unprocessed foods, drink lots of water, exercise every day, stimulate your mind, do the things that make you happy, spend time with people you love, get lots of sleep, and save hundreds of dollar not having to buy all those supplements! ;)

Sorry to rain on your pill popping parade but Chitosan was all the rage about 5 years ago. According to your 1st post, you should be on about 10 to 13 pills daily and that's assuming you only take one of each once a day. So by the time you reach retirement age, you should be on about 50 or so pills a day. I am not sure if you need a doctor/nutritionist as much as you need a psychologist.;)
