Two of the points concern me.
International Legal Framework--how can a group of other countries decide whether or not Canada legalises marijuana? These groups are usually freeloading civil servants and law enforcement types going on junkets at taxpayer expense. They can fuck right off. This is a decisionfor Canadians, nobody else.
Canadian Regime for Medical Marijuana--They wanted to look both compassionate and pro enforcement at once. In fact they pandered to their law and order base while supplying absolute crap at ridiculously high prices. I know someone who got it and was shocked. One packet was almost all shake ie seeds and twigs.
People should grow their own. It would take a huge amount of income out of criminals. Growers could select strains that suit their needs. Their product would be better without all the pesticides that comercial grow ops use.
