Booked a massage at Southpoint for this afternoon. Arrived right on time and was met by a young lady whom I had never met before. She took me to one of the upstairs massage rooms and in a few minutes returned. I asked her name and she replied "Krystal". Ok, I figure that the massage will be very similar to past experiences with Shu. Uh-uh...........it was quite different. For at least 20 minutes she only massaged my neck and shoulders and poorly at that. When she did move to my lower back her pressure was so firm and hard that I had to quickly ask her to lighten up which she did, but only for a few minutes and then proceeded back to my neck and shoulders with the same mediocre skill. When I asked her to work on my lower back and legs she did but it was only a half hearted attempt. There was a small amount of teasing but nothing like before with Shu.
When she asked me to flip over, the towel immediately covered my mid section. When I made an obvious attempt at suggesting that I might like a bit more than just a massage by removing the towel, she quickly placed it back and informed me that there would be an extra amount (of more than double the now increased hour massage rate). As I didn't quite have the green to afford this I let her continue with a light massage for a few more minutes and then I got up and dressed to leave.
Not at all what I had in mind and certainly not what Shu had provided in past appointments.
I would not waste my time with a re-visit.
