A rare let down from the yfl crew.
Booked for an hour the morning of April 29th. Booking was smooth as always with yfl.
showed up 5 minutes ahead of time and let them know I’d arrived. Had to wait 20 minutes past scheduled appt time as cleaners were in front of the room. No problem though wait until they say they’ve gone and come up.
Knocked on the door and and get a “no thank you” they think I’m the cleaner, again no problem, text booking and tell them I’m there. They say to knock which I do again. Kim opens the door and seems surprised to see me says sorry just a minute and closes the door.
At this point I’m confused, she knew I was coming as she’d been texting booking about the cleaner blocking the door and let them know they were gone.
Relay what happened to booking, they tell me to come back in 5 minutes and knock again. Pretended to grab something from my vehicle and went back as instructed. No answer this time so told booking id be leaving and left.
For the record as always the booking part was super smooth and whoever I was talking to was super prompt and polite.
