That ad in Vancouver has gone by different names over the last few months. Not saying this one's definitely a scam, but there's a lot to be wary about here.

Thanks for pointing me there. Appreciate it. That post wasn't there when I made my original post. My OP was Monday and the person reporting the scammer was posted Tuesday.
