Joyce Street

Just wondering what happened to the Joyce area. A few years ago Joyce offered a lot of options with many locations and great variety. Now everything seems to be concentrated at the 2 apartments at 5123...tons of ads but all leading to the same place. Anyone know of any other options at Joyce ?

There's also an apartment on Vanness, but the talent it just the same as 5123.
