Only send them an email when she actually posts, which means she's actually available that day.

Otherwise, you likely won't get a response.

Exactly what I did, she posted today and I sent an email, weird. My emails goes through to everyone else except her. Is there any specific code of conduct in these emails I'm missing or something?

I think the reason is I'm asking for not today and possibly a few days ahead, I think she only goes by the day she posts on.

Yes, I think you've answered your own question. I find I do get a better response from SPs with same day bookings. (The only time I book a day ahead is for early morning appointments.) Josie typically works M-F so you may have to wait until Monday before you can try again. Good luck! You won't be disappointed with her.
