ISO SPs who encourage 2nd SOG

I don't mean that that just "allow" it. Rather, the kind that really works her craft to deliver that extra thrill.
Usually a one hour session and the first needs to be quick to leave time for the recharge before a 2nd round.

Surrey or Richmond or New West preferred.

Any suggestions are appreciated, but I am not a big fan of BBWs.
