It is quite easy to just not post reviews. Hell. Anyone can do that. We spend our hard earned dollars and we want to spend them educated knowing that we aren't going to get ripped off, or know what type of service to expect. It's a review board. If the mods/owners want to continue and use it strictly for revenue for their own pockets without any thought to what brings the paid advertiser here then let it die out. More reviews and reviewers will bring more advertiser looking for clients which will in return bring more paid ad revenue to the site owner. Help us help you out. It's not a difficult concept.
I'm sure the other sections could be getting more traffic than the Alberta forum. Does that mean you just let this one get stagnate? It sure has been slow here for a long time.
I go out and poon and I will continue to write reviews. Where I decide to put them is my business. I'll put them where they are appreciated. Don't appreciate the time and effort we pooners put into them and you will have to read them elsewhere. This will also have an effect on the traffic that wants to read the reviews. If they don't find them here they will find them on other sites.
It was always nice to log in and see additional reviews and get some intel. That hasn't happened in a long time.
The other thing that would piss me off is advertising that would happen in the review section. The review section was for reviews. I didn't need to sift through girls ads spamming the review area. There was and probably still is the ad section. Keep the ads there and keep the reviews separate. If I want to look at the ad I will go to the right section. We all know how to navigate the site and I'm sure there isn't a guy here that didn't read the review section and then check the ad section. But keep them separate. If the girls can't post in the right section have a mod move them to the correct one. That was one of the things that bothered me as they would always get the benefit of the doubt.
I don't have all the right answers as to revive PERB but I do know that behaving the way it was in the past is not the right way.
Make pooners feel unappreciated or mistreat them and they will move on. Move on to other sites, post in other sites, not post at all, etc... We all like to poon.
So get out there and poon. And then write a review.
And that brings up another point. How can you review someone and then have the contact information not shown in the review. There has to be contact information of some sort to let you know who/what/where to find the girl. It's not an ad when it's a review. I wish the mods would understand that. Nothing is more useless than a review with just a girls name. You have to have some cross reference to we can search.
I'm not here to support everyone just because they have a paid advertisement. Make it worth my while to come see you and you will have a review whether you are a paid advertiser or not. Good honest reviews are the best advertisement. I'm not here to make girls become paid advertisers. I'm here to help out fellow pooners. Not pad the owners pocket. If that happens because of my reviews great. But it's not why I'm here.
