The girl in your link does not go by the name Lily and does not have a phone number that ends in 2153. If this girl has already changed both her name and number in the very short amount of time since you started this thread, that's a very bad sign.
I also remember this girl (or at least those pics) from when I lived in the Okanagan. I never saw her, but I remember she used to operate out of Vernon and always posted on BP under various aliases. After doing some sleuthing, I found an old ad of her as "East Coast Cutie":

My advice would be be to avoid, but then again I never saw her so who knows.
