Indie SP in Richmond For Early Morning Session

Early next week for two three days, (Jul 15, 16, 17) I am going to be in Richmond area for a meeting around 10-00 am.

Just wondering if there are some recommendations for:

Preferably Non Asian SP
20-35 yrs.
Below $300.
Independent (No Agency)
GFE
Should be available for an hour around 9-00 am (even earlier, if possible).
