I imagine most, if not all independent companions who offer a GFE (and are equipped properly for Russian) would offer it BB. I have never heard of a lady GFE or otherwise, who required a cover for Russian, but I'm sure there are a some. As is the case with all liaisons, you should be asking the lady directly (in a polite and respectful manner of course) to ensure that there is no misunderstanding.

Most independent ladies have their own private in call, so discretion shouldn't be an issue.

Finding a reputable lady to accommodate a 15 min tryst will likely be your biggest challenge. I know there are occasionally a few who will post such short liaisons on here, but you will probably have better luck using a place like CL.
