Image size question!

Hi girls! I'm trying to get the hang of posting, but I have a question! I see so many of you have beautiful photos attached to your posts, yet when I try to upload one myself I get an error message that the images can't be larger than 1kb, which would make the image absolutely tiny! What am I missing?

I go to Imgur and you can select the size of your images...at the very bottom right hand size, select Large Thumbnail and copy and paste the BB code... have fun!!

As Lalani said, you do not post the image.
You post the image itself on a hosting site like imgur, and post the link on perb.

It's been my experience, when placing certain pictures on the Internet .....they appear embarrassingly smaller.

Thank you! That helped me upload photos to my posts, but is there a trick to adding them to an album in your profile as well? Your only options are to upload from computer or website. The computer images are still restricted to 1kb and I've tried all of the links from imgur and they all say invalid link. I'm sure I'm missing something obvious, but I'm lost, lol!

I may be mistaken , but I don't think the profile albums work on perb.
