Grimm's gym in Port Moody. Excellent facilities, the place is huge. Locker, showers, boxing equipment, dance studio, tons of cardio machines, and tons of weight machines. Month pass is $45.

But they need a contract though.

Never seen it packed. It's been operating for a few years at the same level too. Must be the cheap rent that allows it to be huge and stay open for as much as it does. Very good facility though.
