I had my mom cut my hair for 40 yrs , as i got old it was a joint effort i would hold the hair in my fingers same as this guy did and she would cut it with scissors,
Once i did do my own hair completely ran the clippers lightly over it free hand and then run my fingers through it and snip. .Managed to do the back of my neck also .. I was happy with it .. And If I get it cut to short i know it will grow back ..
These days i get a barber to do it every month and half . $15.00
