How far in advance should I book Lauren to guarantee that I could see her when I'm in town. I will be in Edmonton this Saturday and would welcome the chance to meet her.

ASAP. No harm in doing it today. If you can't make it, make sure you call and cancel. Considering the total cost of the experience a long distance call isn't going to break you.
I got lucky a couple of Fridays ago. Called Sinderellas, Lauren picked up and told me that she was immediately available for the next hour, so I jumped into my car, drove like a screaming bat outta hell and got there in time. So sometimes you may get lucky.
That said, I think for any of the popular SPs....Lauren, Lilith, Rosanna, Sydney, Melanie, Shawna, Gabrielle, etc...drop-in is likely not going to happen with them, so I'd book at least a couple of hours in advance...the earlier in the day or evening, the better.

Hey, just tried to take you advice and book Lauren 6 days in advance and they wouldn't take the booking, told me to call back Friday! I'll try then I guess.
There are certainly peak periods of activity for Lauren, just as there are also slow times too. If you want the best massage experience, you should call ahead and talk to her, and if your schedule allows, go during a time when it is not so busy, and those are the circumstances most conducive to a great, relaxing time with the incredible Lauren!

I was fortunate in being able to exchange pm's with Lauren before our visit.
Made the actual appointment a day or two before and all was good, well great actually!
