How do I turn off this "feature" ???

I some how unknowingly turned on this "feature" where I receive an alert whenever a new thread/post is created. Please let me know how to disable this feature.

I have been using the watch feature to see new posts to existing threads I find interesting. But this getting an alert for every new post is tiring.

Under User menu, right at the bottom of the forum page, click on account details, then preferences. Must be one of the checkboxes.
