How can I make my pictures smaller so I can post them in my ads and add an album?

Hi everyone!
I'm new to advertising on perb and I need a little advice. How can I make my pics smaller so that I can upload them here? When I went to upload it told me it exceeded the limit, and I am a little unsure how to proceed. I am fairly computer savvy and I know I did this once before, I just don't remember how. Thanks for any info/advice!

Not sure which photo editing programs you might have but the easiest way to do this is to open MSPaint and resize the picture and save as a jpeg.

Windows 7 and Office 2007 and above have editors. You can also download and use GIMP. It is a very powerful editor and can be found here -> http://www.gimp.org/
