I've always booked for HH or quickie due to budget constraint. Lately I made extra cash and thinking about booking a full hour. Price wise it makes sense as for $60 or in some cases $20 more I get an extra 30 minutes. But what do you do in the full hour? I have no interest in socializing as I'm in a serious relationship. I don't want to pay the full hour and out in 20 minutes. Even in HH appointments I'm usually out before the given time.

Stick with what works for you. And be honest, I don't mind if a client tells me he's not sure but he might want to extend the HH. A lot of guys think they need an hour but really only need the HH (or 45min even). imo
If I’m just there to do the deed, 30-45 mins is plenty. But if I find the SP interesting and want to socialize a bit, I’ll do the hour. Some SPs, even though an hour is booked find a way to get you to finish early. With my regulars, I always book a full hour or more. We spend some time catching up as usually we’ve been sharing a bit of our lives with each other. It feels a bit more like a friends with benefits arrangement in that regard.
I'm more for the latter as i'm usually a 2 shot guy when I've been "saving" up. I also really like to start off with a long make-out session so this makes things a total rush in a h/h session.

I find hh is the best bet usually. I booked for the hour many times and been out in 20 min shower included. I find 15 min a bit rushed and if you end up spending more time you just don't have any wiggle room. The providers will be ok if you leave a bit early but they get nervous if you get passed the allotted time.
You don't want to put them in a position to remind you it's time to leave, it's not good for them and then you gonna feel being rushed.

If you enjoy foreplay (e.g., DFK, BJ, DATY, 69, exploring each other’s body) and you and the SP have at least a bit of chemistry, one hour isn’t too long. If you decide to try a full hour session, it’s best to try it with an SP you feel you’ve had some connection with or at least a well reviewed SP, you would have a better chance to enjoy a full hour of fun.
I'm the exact opposite with everyone's comments. I like a bng, but can't do hh. Its too little for the sex, but if a lady offers 45 minutes is the perfect amount of time for me. Full hour is only for when she doesn't offer 45 min rate or if I wanna take my time.
Although I did do a hh session with Vienna 8911, and since she counts the time after you get out of the shower, it didn't feel rushed. That's the only time I did a hh and didn't feel rushed and it was nice.

I love an hour session as I enjoy edging and various positions. If she is very responsive and multi orgasmic with me, I enjoy pleasuring her which gives me the hardest longest stiffy I can get. A few sps like Lalani Electrica, Eden from Boa, Cassidy Sinns, and a few gals who used to work at boa, Naomi 31 and Natasha 31, were great to play with for a 2hr session. The important thing about paying for more than an hour is usually about increasing the mileage, so to speak. YMMV is the effort an SP is willing to give, and usually that is based on what she gains from the session (or she's just a bad person having a bad day, or you're bad person that turns her off; other factors too, but more often than not it's about the gains). Basically you're paying (average) $160 for the HH, when she could've made $300+ in that same single hour block. She wants that $300 as well as repeating business. Paying for more time is usually the difference between some half-ass'd HJ/BJ combo to get you to pop faster so she can kick you out the door and get ready for the next guy, or getting that epic hands-off/all-suction love making to your knob until your soul leave your body kind of experience that you really can't get with a HH service.

If you are with a reputable gal who wants you back, you should get the time you paid for in some form or fashion. Conversation, massage, dfk whatever. If its a rush out the door afterwards, no repeat, don't come back. At least don't date the same gal. I've told a few why they weren't picked from the line up. I think they corrected the situation.
