Yup, that red name should let you advertise wherever the heck you want. If you have any doubts, then check with old Fred Z. Welcome and good luck!

In the upper left corner of this page, "SP Dir" is in yellow. If you click on that, it brings up the Vancouver ads. In the upper right of that page, there is a box containing the name of the city. Click on the arrow, and scroll down until you hit Winnipeg. There are 6 or 7 ads there, although one or two seem to be out of date.

It's not the greatest system, but that's how it works.
