When in Internet explorer go to Tools>Options> click the connections tab. Click on "Never Dial a Connection".

can you read that?

if not ... go to IE, tools, options, connections and click on "never dial a connection"

simply put, your comp is defaulting to dial-up and that should shut it off.

he said you're gay

as for your real problem....aside from turning off the "feature" in internet explorier you may also want to see if your laptop has some sort of dialer software installed to connect to AOL or other piece of shit internet service.....if so, goto the control panel, remove programs and look for the offending app
