Even if they were busted here..they'd only ship em to the jails in Quebec.
Didn't some lame-ass leftie BC judge let some of them off recently?

(Is there a problem with shipping them to the jails in Quebec??)

Some should do a bit more research, rather than fear a name...

It was all I could to stop myself from laughing at some of the posts. RCMP/police cracking down... Oh yeah - major news there...
The RCMP, city police, provincial cops (where ever they may be) know who all the key players are in every "Motorbike Club" are. They have photos. They know what their colors look like. They know when are where they ride.
My question would be "Where would you like to put everyone that is known to be in a "Motorbiek Club" that you feel should be arrested?" Which province or city wants them in their jails?? Which jail can handle the number??
There are several higher level businessmen that belong to these clubs too, that have not broken any laws. Should they be arrested too??

We really need these types of thugs off of our streets.
Really? So what did they ever do to you or the average person? Steal your car or break into it to swipe your laptop? Do a home invasion? Rob you? Swarm you and beat you when you went to the corner store for milk? Kill someone you love while drag racing? Drag someone to death while stealing gas? The common scumbag is a much bigger problem and should take a much higher priority as it affects the average taxpayer a fuck of a lot more. If you don't do drugs or rent women, chances are you're not doing business with them. If you are doing both but not ripping them off or beating their women, you have little to worry about.

This is purely meant to distract the public from the fact that the scum that actually targets average people are winning the war.

a 630am bust was only done for show, they seized minor amounts. no important members would be there that early in the morning, basically its like a deal between the two like ok you seize some drugs and weapons but not enough to cripple us, the cops look good in public, so its a win win situation.

No what they do is run the network that sells the drugs that the addicts steal your car or break into it or your home to buy and they often fence the stolen stuff. Do I think the H.A.s are the root of our social problems? No but like other forms of organized crime, they make the problem far worse.

Anyone who doesn't have their head up their ass can see that they're not "just a bunch of good ol' boys who like to ride hawgs."

Of course that's just my opinion...WS.

They deal in heroin , cocaine, crack and meth. This creates the streetlevel scumbag problems.

Gezz when will these right wing politicians learn that you can't fight crime by rounding up a bunch of bikers and throwing them in jail. You have got to address the real cause of crime.

Get rid of the drug addiction problem and it will cut into the illegal drug trade. We should start by treating people who commit anti social acts due to drug addiction as victims with a medical problems and send them into treatment facilities not prisons.

The government should address the problem of poverty. Put more money into social services and hireing more social workers. One social worker is worth ten cops. Preventing cirme by addressing the social problem is much more effective than cleaning things up afterwards.

Address the problems with gang violence and start interdiction programs to target troubled youths before they get involved into gangs.

Send people who have problems with violence into anger management programs so they can deal with there problems. Throwing peole in jail just make them more anti social and more violent when they get out.

Bring back the Canada Gun Registry. Those dick head Conservatives really screwed up by taking away one of the police most valuable tools. Or better yet just ban all guns from our country.

Put more resouces into rehabilitating those convicted of crimes. Let them spend the time they are confined by getting a education and learning a trade so when they are released they have alternate means of earning a living other than criminal activities.

Fudd..Are you by chance a NDP or Liberal??

Holy cow!! Let's send everyone who does a crime, that can use drugs as an excuse, to rehab! What a great plan!! WAIT.. Where are all these rehabs gonna come from?? If given the choice of hard times, or a lesser stay ina rehab until you can say "I didn't mean to do it." Oh that will fix all of the problems for sure...
Gun registry!!!! What a joke that was and is!!!!!!!!!!!!! Are you going to sit there with a straight face, and tell me that only registered guns are going to be used by criminals against the honest people of Canada?? That law, only made more honest people dishnest, by causing them to NOT register their guns. Or "lose" them. Mandatory reistration is for one purpose.. To count the honest gun owners out there. How many more billions do we need to spend on this dead horse??
Personally, our justice system is a bit of a joke. The penalties do not act a s a deterrent to the crimes. They don't make the criminals sit back and think, while they are behind bars - YES BARS not solid wood doors in a country club environement - about what they did, and if they will repeat. The Youth Justice Act is a joke. The penalties are not harsh enough. The laws are written to protect the guilty. The lawyers, and alot the criminals, know the laws better than anyone, and how to find a loophole.. They can "beat the system" faster and easier everyday.. There is a town in Arizona, wher eit is the law for everyone to own a gun. The crime is one of the lowest in the land, as even the criminals are smart enough to know that every door they break into has an armed occupant behind it. Would they get shot if they broke in? Who knows? But definately not a chance most are willing to take.
In my opinion, and it is only my two cents, the penalties should be revisted. So that the criminals can see that there are consquences for their actions. Murders....No life in jail..It costs too much...Uses up too many resources...IF you are guilty beyond a reasonable doubt - Pickton, Manson, Bundy (those types) - you get one year in jail. In that time you can do your appeal, think, rot, or get sodomized nightly.. Your choice. Day 366...Time to pay...You are taken from this planet, to meet your maker. Done. How many murders and voilent offenders would that alone deter, knowing that when you get caught, your time is limited?

To save the question...I will NEVER vote Liebral or NDP and YES I live in Alberta. Redneck and proud!!!!!!!

...
personally I like the 3 strikes you're out law.
I heard some study saying 80% of crime is committed by 15% of criminals. (or something like that)
Lock up that 15% and crime is reduced.

j.bassi if you actually knew who these guys are you would know that the member from Haney was no small time guy. The cops are slapping themselves on the back for getting him. It is another thing to prosecute him though. They really like the fact that he was one of the members who had no record so they can add another name to the growing list of members who can no longer say they are clean.

actually i was and all 16 were full patch, but getting arrested means nothing, it will be interesting in the least to see what happens at their trials and so forth

Wow, JJ must be busy working a long shift or something. He's gonna have a conniption when he reads your post ... I'm getting a few small seizures myself reading it ...

I figured out long ago that Fudd is someone who has eaten the Jack Layton blue pill.

One day he'll take the red pill and wake up to reality. I can only hope for his sake that it doesn't happen the hard way (coming face to face with a hurting heroin addict who decides to kill him for what's in his pockets).

He's the classic academic type leftie with no clue about the real world. The kind of guy that if he was being robbed would be sure not to violate the criminal's rights while he was being beaten to death.

I figure Darwin will eventually take care of his type.

Have not province
Why in Quebec?
I'd imagine every law enforcement person in Quebec has an extremely dim view of HA after what Mom Boucher did to those two prison guards for looking at them the wrong way. All those assassination attempts didn't help their public image either. In other words, no preferrential treatment and I'd imagine no more inside/made man.
