Bookings:
I am comfortable with both bookings in advance or short notice. Usually easier for the both of us with bookings in advance, that way I can be better prepared and you are able to have a time that fits your schedule. I give 10 minutes leeway for being late, if I don't hear from you or see you within 10 minutes of your booking I will assume a cancellation and you will loose your spot. If I do not hear from you when you make a booking and don't show you risk being added to my "black list". It is very annoying getting my pad ready, make-up done, ect. and have no one show up. If you do have a cancellation with less than 2 hours notice I charge a 100 cancellation fee if you would ever like to see me again. Your time starts from the time you appointment was booked. Which means if you book for 4:00 but don't show up untill 4:10 your time still starts at 4:00 I have alot of people who seem to think that they are only charged for "activity" time. If you want to sit and chat with em for 20 minutes or so thats great, I love conversation, but all that chatting and good stuff is including in your booking."
