From what I understand GFE is more intimate, there are less restrictions. This includes, but is not exclusive to, BBBJ, DATY and DFK.
This thread Susi just posted has some good information. So don't be surprised if some ladies don't allow kissing or bbbj anymore...

GFE is stuff I would expect to do with a Girl Friend.

So no, I don’t think GFE has changed at all, even though poorly defined to start with.
I do think what people are willing to do and should do has changed. But don’t call it GFE if it’s something that would be reasonable to expect your GF to do, Covid or not.
If you want Tonsil hockey with your GF, best you only have one GF. Can’t expect the same of SP’s offering GFE, so for Punt, GFE is out. At least until this death spore gets vaccinated.
