I think we often get caught up in the customer service aspect of this business and forget that we are dealing with human beings with emotions and feelings. On this Valentine's Day, let's make sure that we remember to take special care to show our appreciation for our favorite SPs. Many of them go above and beyond to make us feel wanted and loved. Whether the feelings are genuine aspects of their character or contrived behaviors to increase their bottom line, the end results are the same. We leave feeling a little better about ourselves and our place in the world. Let's try to reciprocate that.
