Why is it every time someone gets a bad review he gets jumped on...I thought this site was for reviews, good or bad.Whats the use if all we ever see is shes hot..or shes great. If there are ladys out there doing their job, they get all the good reviews and good for them.If others are just in it for the quick cash and want the guy out in 10 minutes so be it,I have given my share of reviews good and bad.If a lady deserves a bad review then give it.
Christmas or not, some guys save their extra cash just to see a nice lady once a month..They do not need to get screwed over.
Lets start this new year off right.

Reviews, good or bad are welcome. The key is if you are going to give a bad review to remain respectful. A disrespectful review will, depending on the severity, either be edited or deleted.

On a lot of boards in the US, you can pay to get your bad reviews removed. It has ruined most of the boards to the point where I don't believe jack shit on most of them as far as reviews go.

There is always a pissing match whenever somebody posts an unflattering review. To me it's always one of two things, both involving shills. Either the pathetic shithead shill is replying purely to defend a given sp OR the pathetic shithead shill is actually shilling for some one else by badmouthing a given sp.

I can't say what the pissing matches are like in the forums for the other cities, but this one for Winnipeg does have a lot of intolerance for differing views. All because of pathetic shithead shills who make it difficult to tell whether or not its a legitimate review.

There are several prominent local pooners who won't post negative reviews on PERB because they're afraid of someone jumping on them, not necessarily the ladies who are the subject of the reviews, but their admirers and, in some cases, shills. I know this because these pooners told me so in PM's. I don't understand that attitude at all, but it definitely exists. I also think that one of the problems is that some people lack sufficient reading skills to distinguish between an honest report on a so-so experience and a personal attack on the subject of a review. I've been fortunate to have had very few negative experiences since joining this board, but I've never been afraid to report them. If someone takes exception, frankly, I don't give a shit.

While there's an obvious social aspect to this board, its primary purpose is to enable the exchange of useful information re escorts and their services. If only the positive experiences are reported publicly (excluding the fake reviews by the "pathetic shithead shills" so eloquently described by dirtydan :D ), we can't even determine the extent to which a lady is YMMV, let alone decide if we want to see her.

Granted, negative reviews are more difficult to write well than positive reviews, because the reviewer has to be careful to avoid the temptation of name calling and abusive language, and instead concentrate on reporting what was wrong with the encounter and why. However, it can be done, and the review needn't be long if it contains the vital information.

Just last week, a very prominent local SP told me some of her clients have had negative experiences with local SP's but, in her words, are "afraid to post them because they fear other SP's will refuse to see them". How pathetic is that? And, I doubt very much that that would be the case anyway, unless the reviewer had posted personal attacks, rather than reliable reviews.

I depend on other reviewers posting honestly about their experiences, whether positive or negative. I know some newbies feel put upon when they're accused of being shills, but if they post a couple of obviously legitimate reviews, the doors will open up for them very quickly. I only share info via PM with other posters that I trust. That trust comes about by reading their posts over time. For me, a well-written negative review is one of the most reliable indicators of whether or not I can trust a poster.

What Avery wrote pretty much sums it up, at least from my experiences on the board anyway. My advice to newbies is to post anyway and ignore the flamers if they come onboard. Remember, for every nasty poster there are probably at least five lurkers who will read your review appreciatively (including me).

For the most part, I'd say most newbies get a warm and appreciative reception. Once you've been on the board for awhile, you learn the personalities and tastes of specific posters, and learn to distinguish who is legitimate.

Yup......don't let some negative jerks shake you up. And work on your review technique, Avery is right a well written review is far more beliveable than one that is not. Though I have read some short and to the point ones that seemed really good to.

Honest and constuctive critisism can go along way. Depending on the person who does the evaluation or review I should say.
I saw a member of this board a couple of years ago, and in the first 10 mins I was so annoyed and turned off by his arrogance and idiotic comments, I put very little effort into entertaining him. And he did come on here and say something negative about me, however I did not give a damn because I knew I would never see him again. And the comment he made on here made no difference in my life.

Now if I saw someone that I really liked and felt that we had hit it off, and he reviewed me differently then instead of fighting him about it, I would have to ask myself if I had really made my best effort. I might even pm him and ask him kindly what I could do to improve myself. There is always room for a change in attitudes and self-adjustments. And the women who read this board should learn to appreciate both praise and critisisms. Something to grow on so to speak.

Unfortunately there seems to a certain amount of shilling and bogus reviews from time to time, and we all have to try to be intelligent enough to figure this out, or just ignore it,,,,,,,,, and it usually goes away.

Gentlmen you should not fear writing what you feel if you are being honest about your experience. And if you you end up being crawled across the carpet, why would you care, its just the computer, nobody is actually right up in your face. If all the wanna be lawyers come on here and turn your thread into a gongshow then a Mod cleans it up, easy breezy.

Ok that's enough politics from me today hope everyone has a great New Years...........Happy Hunting & Fucking Yawl.

bad reviews

If someone inquires about a sp known to have bad reviews maybe it would be better to pm that person with their experience with that sp rather than getting into a public pissing match. but i suppose that could be wrong too, for someone could pm a person with lies about a sp stopping a prospective client from seeing an otherwise good sp. Maybe it is a no-win situation, damned if you say something and damed if you don't. To quote Rodney King "Can we all get along."

Avery summed it up pretty well. Personally, I try to focus on the positives in my reviews but also thanks to my fellow PERBerts, I haven't had a session that I'd rate as bad any time lately. Even a well proven poster may not have the same experience with any given lady as you or I will for myriad reasons.

All that being said; it's only words on a screen! If you have a bad review to post...do it. It soon becomes obvious to anybody who follows this board when someone is shilling. This merely kills their credibility. Likewise with personal attacks!

Happy pooning New Year! WS.

I would first like to thanks all the great girls I have had sessions with in 2006.I have been very lucky with only one bad session and the owner of the agency made it up to me despite the selection being my choice. On the one occasion I did a half bad review, although that was not my intention I was immediately set upon but others. I did get enough PMS that I still dont have the attitude well F it if I have a bad time let someone else find out for themselves. I have found the more ?s you ask either personally at parlors or to phone person the less likely you are to be unhappy with session.

What good would a review board be if they were all fantastic reviews? Thanks to those providers who really do a crappy job, for making the board more interesting.
